Daniel Pham

Daniel’s career in education began after a life-changing study abroad experience in Rome. He later taught English in Taiwan and Japan, where he gained valuable experience in language instruction and cross-cultural communication.

Today, Daniel manages the administrative, academic, and business operations for UC Berkeley’s Department of City & Regional Planning, overseeing areas such as student services, HR, payroll, and budgeting within the College of Environmental Design.

He is a proud graduate of the University of Washington (go Huskies!) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also holds additional certifications in Project Management and Business Process Management from UC Berkeley.

Outside of work, Daniel mentors high school students in the greater Seattle area and volunteers with the Berkeley Food Network to help fight food insecurity.
